1. Returns & Exchanges (Merchandise Only)

We accept returns or exchanges for physical merchandise (e.g., clothing, equipment) under the following conditions:

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session/event: Full refund or credit toward a future session

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before: Partial refund (up to 50%) or credit

No-shows are non-refundable
b. Cancellations by Sports Reconnect
If we cancel or postpone a session/event due to weather, safety, or other reasons:

You will be offered a rescheduled date, full refund, or credit
c. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Timing may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
3. Shipping Policy (Merchandise Orders)

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.
b. Shipping Rates & Delivery
